More Than Just Photos: Inside Our Group Coaching Studio Session for Women
There’s something powerful that happens when women come together in the same room, especially when that space is designed for growth, confidence, and being seen.
Our recent group coaching studio session was exactly that: part photoshoot, part mindset shift, and completely transformative.
A Different Kind of Photoshoot
This wasn’t your typical “show up, pose, and leave” kind of session.
From the moment everyone arrived at the studio, the energy felt different. There was a mix of excitement and nerves (completely normal), but also curiosity—because this experience was about more than just getting great images.
It was about stepping into confidence, supported by other women doing the same.
The Power of Group Coaching
Before anyone stepped in front of the camera, we started with a guided group coaching session.
This is where the magic really begins.
We explored:
How we see ourselves vs how others see us
The stories we carry about confidence and visibility
What it actually means to “show up” authentically
As the conversation opened up, something shifted in the room. Walls came down. Women who arrived feeling unsure started to relax, connect, and realise they weren’t alone in how they felt.
That sense of shared experience is powerful—and it shows up in the photos.
Stepping in Front of the Camera (With Confidence)
By the time the shoot started, this wasn’t a group of strangers anymore.
Each woman stepped in front of the camera having already done some of the inner work. And it made all the difference.
Instead of stiff poses or forced smiles, we captured:
Genuine confidence
Relaxed, natural expressions
Real personality shining through
And just as importantly—each woman had a room full of support behind her. Encouragement, laughter, and those little “you’ve got this” moments that change everything.
Why This Experience Works
Combining coaching with photography isn’t just a “nice extra”—it’s what transforms the entire experience.
Because confidence isn’t something you switch on for a photoshoot. It’s something you build.
This kind of session helps you:
Feel comfortable being seen
Let go of self-criticism
Connect with others on a similar journey
Walk away with images that actually feel like you
More Than Photos
Every woman left with beautiful images—but more than that, they left with a shift.
A reminder that they can take up space.
That they are allowed to be visible.
And that confidence doesn’t have to come before action—it can grow through it.
